Curriculums
TánTuěi Trilogy
Tan Tuei is the most essential foundational form in the ancient Long Fist style. Not only is it a crucial instructional material for building a solid foundation, but it also serves as the key to unlocking the treasure trove of Long Fist applications. In this training phase, we have broken the curriculum into three stages: KaiMen TánTuěi to develop solid foundation, GongLi TánTuěi to reenforce strength training, and HuóBu TánTuěi to train agility and fluidity through footwork.

Weapon Elective Courses

ChínNá Shù
The term "Chin Na" (Qín Ná Shù)translates to "seizing and controlling" and involves techniques that are used for self-defense, law enforcement, and military applications. Shifu Han’s grandfather Han Qing-Tang was famous for his Chín Ná Shù, as he received the nick name of “Thousand Hands Chín Ná Han” that described he’s able to submit his opponent with any parts of his body as if he has “thousand hands”. Changquan Shu will also organize elective courses for Chí Ná Shù.
