徐紀 Adam Hsu

Sifu Han Ji Xiang is the son of sifu Han Shu Mei and the grandson of master Han Ching Tang. He inherited his family's kungfu training and practiced kungfu since his childhood. With his effort and dedication, he founds kungfu schools to teach kungfu practitioners, promote kungfu, and bring benefits to the society.

Han's teaching curriculum focus on "Islamic long fist" and "Meiflower long fist" that have been passed down in his family. In terms of Chinese tradition, his curriculum also includes many famous schools of northern martial arts. The goal is to reserve Chinese traditional culture and maintain people's physical and mental health.

The "ten-line tan tui" is a basic training of kungfu. Han not only makes tan tui as a required course but puts great emphasis on it as well. The purpose is for practitioners to build a solid foundation and develop their body properly. Additionally, it guides the practitioners to the right path and strengthen their capability to advance further.

韓基祥師傅係韓樹美老師之子,韓慶堂夫子之孫。幼承家學,習武練功。長而有成,開館課徒。弘揚武術,造福社會。

其所傳授,以家傳「教門長拳」,「梅花長拳」為主幹。旁及中國傳統,北派武學之著名門派.凡若干類。以期繼承傳統文化,維護身心健康為目的。

對於基本功操——「十路彈腿」,不但列為入門必修,而且極其注重。其目的在奠定習武之基礎,開發習者之肢體。指引正確之方向,強固前進之能力。
