潭腿 TánTuěi
Tan Tui is the most essential foundational form in the ancient Long Fist style. The training is divided into three stages: Kāimén Tán Tuǐ , Gōnglì Tán Tuǐ , and Huóchuàn Tán Tuǐ . These are the most crucial foundational methods in ancient Chinese Chángquán. Not only do they serve as essential material for building a strong foundation, but they also act as the key to unlocking the treasure trove of Chángquán applications.
